Looking for help translating a document talking about face peelers from 1998

Hi, I'm doing very thorough research on the 2023 Peruvian face peelers for a video essay/documentary.

As it turns out, it goes back to the 1980s with marching descriptions of the attackers.

I located this document which is in Spanish. It's 25 pages of text.
