LMT Group to develop mobile and satellite connectivity with European Space Agency
Latvian operator LMT said that its engineering team specialising in sensors and (IoT) has started work on a new European Space Agency (ESA) project. The goal is to develop a dual-mode (mobile and satellite) IoT System-on-Module (SoM) within a year. This will allow devices to switch between mobile networks and satellites as needed, using a single module.Â
