John was on a Warship in the North Atlantic, about 300 miles north of Scotland. He describes the UAP like a star with a disc in the middle, shining light on the sea.
Jets were scrambled and confirmed the UAP sighting, and was confirmed on radar. John said when the ship pointed directly at the UAP, it shot off instantaneously and left a vapor trail.
But what also surprised him was how the skipper (ship’s captain) looked on nonchalantly, his calm reaction suggesting prior exposure.
“The first thing I thought was that you’d seen them before,” thought Seer.

**Telepathic communication:**
John described the sensation of the crew being scanned mentally. As he described, “It was like a video call placed directly into my mind. No words, not any language, just knowing.”
Though nothing was communicated verbally, the message he understood from the extraterrestrials was, **“We are your children… from the sea and sky.”**

produced such a specie, hypothetically.
Alien would then not be out of this earth, or this dimension, thing,
but simply the result of an experiment.
To me, that’s the more probable explanation…. The creation of a biological AGI before we even had any
notion of artificial intelligence.
Anyway, all result of human experimentation has never been made public.
All claims of eugenics have been dismissed by a brush of hand, as non-sens.
Human cloning,bio-hacking, even that in modern times is taboo,and dismissed without
further explanation.
