Get the footage from the other officers for the same timeframe. Would be easy as pie to prove it as a proper UFO then, and not a bug or bird, as it should be visible from the other perspectives if it isn’t a bug or bird.
If the location can be worked out, angles of the police cars worked out, could even use simple geometry to figure out where the object was, speed, etc.
Looks like a drone.
Ridiculous… what information are you getting from that glimpse of what is likely a balloon or bird?
