Nicolas Fraisse (whose abilities were studied by ISSNOE in Switzerland), well-known in France for his ability to easily leave his body and project himself remotely, describes his interaction with a UAP. Video interview with automatic English subtitles : https://youtu.be/DJrOZwtgpjQ
Transcript of the interesting part starting at 13:25:
Interviewer: In this elsewhere, you've sometimes had some rather special encounters. You're talking about these humanoids, what we generally call Martians, even if they don't come from Mars.
Nicolas: Ah, that's quite creepy what you're saying. Oh yes, that was one of the creepiest experiences for me.
So that was a great idea from Claude Charles because Claude Charles likes everything related to our distant cousins up there, and it was a time when I was still living in Lyon.
For a while I… I was seeing unidentified flying objects, lights in the sky over Lyon, and then one evening I called Claude Charles to tell him about it, because he's really into that kind of thing.
So, he gave me the brilliant idea of projecting myself inside one of these objects, having an out-of-body experience. Well, I listened to Claude Charles and wanting to experiment, so I decided to try it. And actually, when I arrived, I didn't have that feeling of being the whole picture, but more of a point of view, like just a little ball, for example, if I were a little ball floating around. I had more of a sense of being a point of view, which was a little different from what I'm used to experiencing with out-of-body experiences.
And so I immediately snapped back into my body with a feeling of danger. Oh, I was scared! And then, thinking about it, it gives me goosebumps because it was really an experience I didn't like, and I was very, very scared.
And then a few days later, I was playing video games. I enjoy them. I was relaxing in my living room, and bam, I see one of those beings appear, a bit blurry, pointing at me and making me understand that I shouldn't do it again
There were no words, nothing. But Basically, it meant don't do it again
It was like my physics teacher when I was messing around in middle school and he'd tell me, "You'd better not do it again or you'll end up in the principal's office"

That’s a pretty wild experience ~ maybe the feeling of perspective came from being inside another living being? (Saying the orb is a living craft)
Maybe the sense of fear came from being rejected? Like, you’re not supposed to be here?
