My camera had no battery left to film this longer unfortunately, but I got a small little video of these lights. There was one that appeared on the center left very faintly, and something weird going on around the orb changing colors. Did a crude zoom in for analysis

There’s not enough information here to go off of. It’s not even clear whether these lights are in the air or on the mountain.
As for the color shifting, that’s a common effect of distant lights as they encounter particulates, heat haze, etc. You can’t determine from this video that the lights themselves are changing color.
They weren’t initially there, and then they appeared. They were just hanging out there, some fainter orbs of light were also there too. One can be slightly seen on the left. This had to be a few hundred feet away from me. Nobody else was there.
