I'll call this one "Bode's Cigar."
Both located in the constellation Ursa Major nearly 12 million lightyears from Earth, Bode's Galaxy (M81) is a spiral galaxy like our own and spans around 95,000 lightyears across, while the "Cigar Galaxy" (M82) is a starburst galaxy, meaning it forms stars at a rapid rate likely triggered by a close fly-by of Bode's Galaxy.
No filter, just nearly 9 hours of beautifully clear skies from my back yard!
