That is a blood transfusion from a young person, not Adrenochrome. It’s strange, but it’s not evil if the donor is willing and wants to do it voluntarily.
Adrenochrome is when someone tortures and abuses a small child nearly to death and beats them to a pulp. Then removes their blood right before they die, to transfuse it into the adult receiver or make it into an oral drug. The premise is that the abuse, torture, and pain produce the extra and unique adrenaline that makes it Adrenochrome.
