In a rare midweek, middle of the day game in Milwaukee, the Kansas City Comets played their first game in a week and a half against the Milwaukee Wave. Unfortunately after the ended break the Comets came out slow, falling behind 7-1 before half time before falling 10-6 on the road. The Comets now sit at 9-5-2 and drop to second place in the standings behind Milwaukee though they are level on points. The Comets return to action Saturday against the San Diego Sockers.
