Location: Quito Ecuador; on top of the Sheraton Hotel looking North.
Time: 11:30pm
I was taking random photos of the city and only noticed it after zooming in randomly that evening. I would be the first to say maybe a balloon but the shape is a bit strange to me. No other photos taken at the same time in the same direction had the object. No birds or aircraft were observed around that time as well. Curious to see what people think. Object is in the middle of the image.

Hard to tell, could be a fly. If you didn’t see anything in the sky at the time, it’s not likely to be something worth dwelling on unless someone else posts.
