DISCLAIMER: I am pretty sure this is not an actual sighting but I’m posting to have a referral. Tag might not be appropriate.
Given that I didn’t notice anything and that this anomaly appears on none of the other pictures I took over the span of a few minutes, my guess is it’s a water droplet.
Interesting nonetheless and the “distant sphere” effect is quite bluffing. I guess a good “here’s what a water droplet in the fov looks like” picture.

What’s the green light on the rock?
No that looks pretty legit 😻 …. The color is about right because its nice levels of green sometimes … even varginha doctors and ingo swann moon vision had green smoke
