I read Mckenna first 3 decades ago. I was highly skeptical of his claims, especially when 2012 came and went.

I now feel 30 years later this man was on to something because how many times have you read or heard someone talking about how crazy things are in the world? I'd call that an increase in novelty and thus complexity.
