My sister sent this to me today hoping I could debunk it. She said it was moving up and down and back and forth until it just disappeared. Ot was silver and almost looked like it was spinning. Her and her husband could both see it with their eyes as well. Any ideas?

Its a lens flare.
You know pointing your phone camera at the sun for extended time is going to destroy the lense.
Get outside and stare at the sun more often.
