Facing Northeast, low on the horizon. No discernable audio from whatever this is. One of two videos provided. Can't link two at once. Any thoughts or insight?

Witnessed this at the time and location detailed in the title. We have a fair amount of plane activity here. The direction these/this was going didn’t align with how crafts typically fly around here (s>n or n>s). If all of the lights are the same ‘craft’, it would be massive in size.
