Dumb question, but if we’ve been seeing the same star for the last 200 or 2000 years, and it’s still there today…. AND it burnt out/exploded millions or whatever years ago, how much longer will we see it for? Kind of baffling to me. How can we keep seeing its light for so long ? Shouldn’t it just stop “shining ” soon?
