Are we 100% sure that it’s not just out of focus? He never does show it completely zoomed out.
If that thing is bright and moving across the dark sky, there is absolutely no way that any camera or even telescope could pick up sharp detail like he’s showing inside the “orb.”
Good question. Based on the sharpness of the edge, it suggests it is in focus

This is what lights look like at night when zoomed in, even stars will do it. Leads to ridiculous ‘orb’ videos like this.
