A former submarine employee has made shocking claims, saying the US Navy has kept secret logs for years documenting unidentified objects moving at extremely high speeds through the oceans.

The statements come as the US government has released an official document describing 21 unexplained cases of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), commonly known as UFOs. The report was submitted to Congress by the All Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) and contains eyewitness accounts that have been investigated in detail.

A Reddit user named Dabier, who claims to have worked side by side with a retired sonar expert from the Cold War era, shared information about so-called “fast movers” – unidentified aerial or underwater objects detected by military systems due to their extremely high speeds.

According to Dabier, he asked the former submariner after reading an online discussion about how the government tracks such objects. “He worked in the sonar room, so he was the right person to ask him. He told me that all ‘unidentified’ contacts – that is, not biological, because there is a lot of unexplained biological noise – were recorded in a special section of some kind of log,” he explained.

This log, he said, functioned as a file containing information about the sounds and movements of other ships. Some of the entries were particularly strange: objects moving very quickly with no obvious source of noise around them, or producing unusual sounds, such as humming, completely unlike those of known ships.

“I think that file and all the recordings were periodically sent outside the submarine. It was not known what happened to them afterwards,” Dabier added, emphasizing that the sonar operator was tasked with tracking such objects.

Reports of UAPs include descriptions ranging from green fireballs and flashing lights to unusual objects such as a multi-colored “jellyfish” or a rocket-shaped object about 6 feet (1.8 meters) long. While some cases were later explained as balloons, birds, or satellites, a significant number remain unexplained.

Among the most famous cases are the footage called “GOFAST”, which shows a confrontation between the crew of a US Navy F/A-18 fighter jet and a UAP, as well as a rapidly moving silver sphere filmed by a US drone in the Middle East.

AARO stressed in its statement that, to date, it has found no evidence of the existence of such extraterrestrial beings, activities or technologies. “None of the resolved cases have proven advanced alien adversary capabilities or revolutionary aerial technology,” the report said.

As for the remaining unresolved incidents, AARO said it is working closely with the intelligence community and scientific partners to analyze 21 cases that exhibit anomalous characteristics or behavior and require further investigation. The office has pledged to immediately notify Congress if any cases are discovered that indicate new technological advances by foreign powers.

Meanwhile, Mike Gold, former NASA associate administrator for space policy, warned the House of Representatives that “the truth is out there somewhere,” calling on authorities to have NASA take a more active role, including mapping possible UFO trajectories to determine their origins. /GazetaExpress/
