UTICA, N.Y. — Star Wars fans will get a chance to celebrate their favorite galaxy at the Adirondack Bank Center with the return of Star Wars Night.
The event will take place during a Utica Comets hockey game in downtown Utica.
The Comets and the Cometts will wear black uniforms, and the hockey rink will feature colors and sounds from the films.
There will also be a chance to see “Naudie” in a Star Wars-themed costume.
Fans are encouraged to dress as their favorite Star Wars characters and enjoy the themed experience.
“I’ve been a Star Wars fan for as long as I can remember, and to be able to bring this property in here and all our favorite characters, music, sights, sounds into a pro-hockey game like the Comets for everyone to be here for, it’s simply magical,” Matthew LaRochelle, director of game presentation for the Utica Comets, said.
