Paxi Space Gallery Competition – Science in Space

Hello there future scientists!

This month, Sophie Adenot, one of ESA’s amazing astronauts, is blasting off to the International Space Station (ISS), the coolest science lab ever!

The ISS isn’t just floating around Earth for fun (though it is very cool). It’s a giant space laboratory where Sophie will float, flip, and experiment in low gravity. Up there, our bodies work differently, plants grow in strange ways and secrets are just waiting to be discovered!

Sophie will be joining me up in space, learning how you humans can stay healthy and strong in space. She’ll be studying how to relax in a stressful place, how liquids can cool you down and so much more…

But what would you space scientists discover if you had the chance?

Would you investigate the strange gravity of space, jumping super high and watching objects float? Would you search for the perfect space food to keep explorers nourished? Or would you look back at our beautiful Earth from space to understand your weather better?

Show me what space science you’re curious about!
