Does anyone recognize this sketch?

I can’t be too sure on the details, as I was fairly young when I encountered this. I place it around 2008 around in Central Ga. I was in the back seat of my moms car in a parking lot of some grocery store. I remember looking up and seeing a large black and green disk with sequencing flashing lights around the edge in broad daylight. It tilted back and forth as it hovered and spun silently. I remember seeing it float in the air like a balloon. I asked my mom what it was and she was at a loss of words while looking at it. She drove off completely dismissing it after a few moments. Years later I asked her about it and she could only tell me that she didn’t know what it was. Now I fear she may not recollect the event at all. Recently I’ve been plagued by dreams of aliens and ufos, nothing as serious as it sounds. But I can’t help, but think it all stems from this memory I had as a child. Anyway I was just curious and it may be nothing, but if anyone had come across something similar, either in person or on the internet pls let me know.
