My Ring camera picked up something dropping in from the sky and taking off upwards. Any idea what it could be? It seems to be moving faster than anything normal like a drone or a plane. Also if it was a meteor, I can’t imagine it would reverse back up.

Got an uncropped version? The person that the Ring detects clearly whips out their phone or a light and it matches the movement of the mystery spot, so I’m assuming this is a regular ol’ lens flare.
The fact that you put that stupid music bed in removes any legitimacy the video has. Do better.

You have the exact time and direction. I would say post it to some local groups and ask neighbors if they have a camera pointed in that direction. Locating this on another camera would at least rule out something local to that camera.
