There’s nothing new under the sun.
All these tinfoil ‘experts’ are discrediting the validity of the actual phenomenon. She’s directly related to 80s hypnotized abductees nonsense. I can’t even believe she’s still around spreading this spiritual bs.
I have a hard time with this. I think because the information with which people come to these conclusions is so poorly explained.
Now I haven’t read her book, but if it’s anything like that clip, it’s more of the same. Because in that interview, every other word is hedging. “i dont know”, “it’s a big mystery”, “has something to do with”, just overly vague generalities.
Seems weird to say one thing you don’t understand has something to do with another thing you dont understand.
And this is where she lost me. They can’t stick to facts, they really can’t help can they? At some point they must deroute and get into the supernatural.
I think UFOs and aliens, if they exist, are simply more advanced beings from elsewhere in the galaxy who have figured out how to travel long distances efficiently. It’s possible they detected Earth’s prehistoric biosignatures and came here to observe the planet. There’s no evidence of an afterlife or anything connecting UFOs to it, claims like that aren’t supported by data. Linking UFOs to the supernatural tends to push the subject back into the realm of speculation, alongside ideas like ghosts or Bigfoot, rather than encouraging serious investigation.
I don’t understand the term, “spiritual.” Spirit seems like it is some unknowable ethereal thing. It has to be an organized expression of intelligent energy somehow. I think people smarter than me need to start defining what spirit really is in a way that is more than an amorphous, ambiguous thing.
You guys let these “experts” spout so much unsubstantiated bullshit without being fact checked that they’re turning into hippy spiritualist gurus, but for science fiction nerds. Buy the book. Go on the retreat. She’ll introduce you to god…but only if you truly believe. And for a small fee. And if you agree not to look behind the curtain.
