The COMET will suspend bus service Saturday ahead of forecast snow, high winds, and dangerous wind chills across the Midlands.
COLUMBIA, S.C. — The COMET will be suspending bus service on Saturday in anticipation of inclement weather. They’re urging the public to plan accordingly.
WLTX meteorologists are following weather models and predicting total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches across the Midlands of South Carolina. The snow should move in overnight and stick around through Sunday. Wind gusts up to 35 miles per hour are expected, driving down the “feels like” temperature into the single digits.
