  1. talk about flashbacks, I was watching Challenger launch live as a school kid when they last launched SRB bellow the rated temperature…

I hate SRB this mission architecture sucks, if anything goes wrong it is on congress they wanted a jobs program reheating leftovers for dinner

  2. Good. Delay it, then delay it again. Maybe a few more times until it’s green across the board. Then delay it once more just for good measure. There’s humans on that ship and I’d rather not see a recreation of our beloved Challenger on live TV.

  3. Will this be the actual moon landing mission with people? I’d love to see it happen in my lifetime. It still hold so much mystery and wonder to me.

  4. God, with all the crazy stuff going on I would be very frightened to be an astronaut. Safety concerns.

  5. Good points in this thread about not repeating the biggest mistake of the shuttle era, but Artemis / SLS at least has a qualified launch escape system. Shuttle had no such safety feature.

  6. Considering Apollo 1, Challenger, and Columbia all happened within a calendar week of one another, I’d skip any sort of late January/early February launch.

Love this episode shows alot of how they can fake the international space station from earth.

Around 24:30 guy does a flip people upside down are pointing at and fiddling with wires guy on the right grabs a wire to stabilize the flipping guy. shortly thereafter they make a comment that sandies hair is a dead giveaway because its hairsprayed to stay stiff and doesn’t act like they are in space. shortly after that a guy effected by gravity appears in the reflection.
