Really sorry guys, went back on to live stream to see image still there on this camera and jiggling around so made it easy to identify as reflection off something, still looks pretty weird though but I'm not here to blag just trying to get the truth out.
There is other things to analyse on the original video as mentioned in picture above. Please feel free to download and take look for yourself, most on right of tower and what look like three orbs on left.
