Call me dumb, but explain this to me. Technically, there were three separate sightings. Yeah, I know how that sounds. “This guy’s schizo.” But hear me out. I was driving to work very early, around 3:30 a.m. on a Saturday. The freeway was empty, the sky was clear, and the night felt unusually still. I tend to let my eyes wander when I drive at night. I have always been drawn to space, stars, galaxies, all of that. As I was scanning the sky, I saw a bright blue streak dash downward toward Earth. It looked like it was coming almost straight down. My first thought was, that’s sick, a comet. It was quick, but unmistakable. About five minutes later, still watching the sky and half hoping to see another one, I noticed something else. This time it was a black triangular silhouette. You could barely see it, but it was there, like a darker shape against the already black sky. Imagine a stealth bomber outline, except more rounded, almost like a curved triangle. There was a faint light at its center. It seemed to be drifting, though I was driving, so it’s hard to say for sure. I kept trying to focus on it, wondering what the hell I was looking at, when it slowly started to fade… and then it was just gone. Not long after that, separate from the first two, I saw a bright orange orb in the middle of the sky. Its brightness suddenly expanded to about three times its size, then it started to dim and completely disintegrated. I was shook after all that. For a split second, I genuinely thought the world was about to end. I’m not a conspiracy guy, but I honestly don’t know what any of that could’ve been. How am I supposed to just go about my day after seeing that? I live in Southern California, and in my 24 years of life, I’ve never seen anything even close to this. And oh yea and I attached a sorry rendition of what it resembled.
