I was house sitting in Mount Royal estate, South Africa at 23:00 I took thw animals out to pee, i saw the weird odject and recorded it with my samsung hense the poor qualtiy.

Doesn’t seem weird, looks like the video is either super zoomed in or highly compressed, which makes it look blobby. The motion isn’t too weird either.
