Respectfully, why would any pattern like this have meaning that corresponds to reality if you have to split the image in half and mirror it for the pattern to even exist?

After dividing the satellite image into two parts and mirroring horizontally, you should absolutely clearly align the halves in the center. Your center is not aligned. And clarity is important, there are always letters and symbols explaining who or what is shown. It is impossible to understand who is depicted here from a screenshot in poor resolution.
