Let my dog out here in New Orleans around 8 PM and saw these drones/UAP flying in formation. They didn’t make any noise and had no trails of any kind. I’m aware that the national guard is in town so it’s likely related, but this isn’t the first time I’ve seen strange stuff going on overhead. Anyone else got information?

Most of the time, the straight line formation would indicate Starlink.

I have never seen starlink flashing like that. Starlink also moves evenly spaced across the sky in an obvious straight line. These things are moving at different speeds, and if you watch the whole video, you can see that they are not evenly spaced, nor moving in a straight line. This leads me to believe that something else may be happening here.
The number comments here that automatically assume starlink or planes are staggering. They are obviously not watching this with their critical thinking hats on.

Most likely Air National Guards running drills or just flying back home.

Have you checked on any radar or plane tracking sites? If the NG is around as you said it is most likely them.
Facebook groups for cities and neighborhoods may also have someone who knows.
