I’m from IN so I’ve seen several variations of this in my Tik Tok fyp today. I don’t know what it was, most ppl say transformers blowing but honestly it looks like police lights bouncing off low clouds. I know the cops zoom around indy incognito and only hit their lights at intersections when they’re trying to circle a block

Don’t think most people waited to the end. It’s probably nothing too crazy but those are some high powered lights. Some sort of production probably.

Reflection. I don’t think it was from a window with that much shaking, I suspect it was a reflection on the camera lens itself. In either case, easily duplicated with most phones and a dark sky and visible street light. I managed to get 6 it one shot (really annoying since I was trying to get a long shot of the empty street, and had to shift my angle so much to get rid of the reflections that I couldn’t get the shot.
