In an effort to keep this visible and open to discussion, it is labeled as historical, which is technically accurate, as it was in possibly in May of 2025 that it occured. Either way; it was in the past.
I unfortunately do not have much info on this, outside of I have the video and have no clue what it is and if there was ever any sort of follow up after it was posted here back in possibly May of this year. Any additional information from the community or is encouraged, hopefully from the OP.

That looks wild
