I describe these guys in one of my previous comments. Time: Last night at about 8 I decided I’d finally try to record one of these giant blinking drones I’ve been seeing floating around the Location: twin cities for a little over a year now. I started recording this one after I watched it slowly (probably not so slowly) hover over from a different fixed position near where it ends up returning to at the end of the video.
