This study presents a fundamental quantitative, metric analysis of identified morphologies with anomalous features – an approach not previously applied to filmed occupants within UAPs. Based on documented UAP footage from Kumburgaz on June 8, 2008, at 3:54 a.m., detailed metrology of the geometric ratios revealed extreme metric stability (standard deviation (SD) of 0.010). The conclusion of the best explanation classifies the object in its entirety – based on this stability in combination with the observed, potentially technological anomalies (active luminescence, cybernetic fields) – as a Constructed Biological Entity (CBE), suggesting the involvement of a superior organizing intelligence. This work serves as a definitive reference prototype for future NHI research and provides the fundamental metric evidence required for interdisciplinary validation.
