Time: October 30, 2025
Location: Castle Hot Springs, Arizona
As promised, here’s a video showing the flight path and telemetry data from the October 30, 2025 Castle Hot Springs sighting.
The video shows, heading, and position during the sighting, confirming that the drone remained stationary at roughly 300 ft AGL on a mountain ridge. At 00:10 is when I started filming the UFO. The flight is sped up 8x to help show the yaw of the drone while I track the UFO.
Conditions that day were calm with little to no wind, ensuring a stable platform. I chose not to descend to pursue the object since the drone would have lost signal going down the opposite side of the mountain.

I welcome analysis and discussion, especially from other pilots or flight data experts.

As promised, this follow-up post includes the flight path and telemetry data from my October 30 2025 Castle Hot Springs sighting. The video displays the drone’s heading and position throughout the sighting, confirming that it remained stationary at roughly 300 ft AGL while positioned on a mountain ridge.
At the 00:10 mark, I began filming the UFO. The playback is sped up 8× to better show the yaw adjustments as I tracked the object. Conditions that day were calm with little to no wind, providing a stable flight platform.
I did not descend to pursue the object because the drone would likely have lost signal descending the far side of the mountain. Keeping position ensured continuous visual tracking.

Posting this data for analysis and discussion, especially from other drone pilots or flight-data experts who can help interpret movement and telemetry behavior.
