What’s going on here? Police helicopter was circling for a long time, wasn’t visible on flight radar. Two spheres seen floating. High altitude balloons? They never moved from the same area in the sky. I’ve got another video from about 40 minutes later and the two spheres are right ontop of each other, only visible via 50x zoom on camera. Looked like one sphere to the naked eye

No clue what it is. Maybe a high altitude balloon used in combination with helicopter for ISR purposes? I’m in the Orlando area so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was some defense contractor tech. What do you guys think?
