This excellent analysis done by Ben van Kerkwyk on his channel UnchartedX combines several studies done at the site of Hawara in Egypt. While the main focus of the video goes through a lengthy history of the excavation done at the site over the years, he then gives a thorough report on the modern findings using remote sensing satellite based techniques. You may be familiar with some recent controversial findings that were reported at the Giza plateau by Italian research scientists using Synthetic Aperture Radar Doppler Tomography (SAR-DT).

The GeoScan & Merlin Burrows scans done on the site seem to corroborate findings that there is a huge megalithic structure of corridors and chambers about 8m below the surface, and submerged below the water table of the site. The major outlier finding of the report that jumped out to me, was a 40m long metallic object in a Tic-Tac shape, which I've linked at the specific timestamp.

Further discovery remains difficult due to the suppression of 2008 Matahara project by Dr. Zahi Hawass the director of Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities. The full video is a fascinating and definitely worth a watch, but I thought it was particularly relevant due to the modern discourse on whether or not the Tic-Tac UAP shape is extra-terrestrial, reverse engineered or deep black tech.

In the Youtube Video: The mental gymnastics is so astonishingly absurd, I can’t tell if it’s genuine or click bait.

  3. Ben is one of the most scientific and rigorous researchers in the area of lost civilizations, he does not believe in ancient aliens or that aliens built the pyramids and he has some of the least click bait research on YouTube. Note that he’s not the one mentioning the tic tac in the title, the OP is. He doesn’t even really suggest it’s a UAP in the video, just that there’s a 40 foot tic tac shaped object underground.

Another interesting thing that he didn’t even notice because he’s not really into this topic: one of the novel scanning methods that researchers have used relies on longitudinal electromagnetic waves which is related to the theories floating around in the UAP space that there are lost components to the EM equations that allow you to manipulate gravity with electricity. It’s a very serendipitous connection between these two topics.

  4. It’s crazy that major as this site may be, it’s been ignored for decades. I only learned about it last year.
