A string of slowly descending lights in the sky over Ventura County, CA a few nights ago. One disappearing from the bottom and another appearing from the top at least twenty times. That's what she described to me and it's clear in the footage she took. Looks orbital to me but idk. She begged me to see if I could find out what it was. Any thoughts?
