Explosion in the sky? What is this?

Hey…watching a stream of live cams in Israel…and just saw this (lower left screen, up in the sky), looked strange to me…not quite like an explosion imo (there are currently ballistic rockets in the area)

Maybe a rocket separation? Anyone smarter than me care to help explain what this is up there?
