I’m making this post in response to Phantom’s thread about the UAP and Enochian magick connection, which I found absolutely fascinating. and people have asked for me to post some of the research I have. I’ve been saying for a while now that the overlap between traditional occult practices and modern UFO phenomena runs far deeper than most people realize.
I’ve been working with spirit communication for years now, and I want to share a bit about how I got started, because it ties directly into this crossover between the paranormal and what many would classify as extraterrestrial.
My journey really began when I stumbled across a guy on YouTube who, in my opinion, was getting the best spirit box results in the world. His name is Mortis the Wizard, real name Shannon, and his sessions completely changed the way I understood spirit communication. You can still find his videos here:

Mortis wasn’t just capturing random noise — he was getting coherent, intelligent responses using ritual methods. He ended up mentoring me and introduced me to the occult side of spirit communication. Not the watered-down stuff — I’m talking proper evocation protocols, traditional magick, and astral-level interaction.
Following his guidance, I began using evocation techniques to conjure spirits and communicate with them through a spirit box. I used the hacked RadioShack 12-587, a well-known model among serious researchers. It’s the same one Mortis used, and it’s capable of delivering incredibly clear ITC (Instrumental Transcommunication) results when used in the right context.
Separately, another occultist I know was working with steam scrying — a technique that uses steam to reveal visual manifestations of spirits. He actually managed to capture photographic evidence of beings during ritual sessions, and the forms seen in the vapor looked uncannily like Greys — classic alien-type figures. I’ll be posting those images here for anyone interested. They’re unsettling, to say the least.
If you want to hear what these beings sound like when they speak through the box, I’d actually recommend checking Mortis’ sessions first. My own recordings are solid — and very similar — but his were on another level. He had deep, flowing conversations. I’ve kept tons of notes from him over the years. Unfortunately, he’s no longer active publicly, but thankfully, his archive is still available.
This is real. You don’t need to be born with special gifts to make contact. You just need:
- The right mindset
- A strong intent and elevated energy
- Respectful ritual protocol
- And ideally, a spirit box or similar ITC tool if you want to document it
Some occult practitioners can hear the spirits directly or even see them — that wasn’t the case for me. When I started, I needed proof — and that’s what I set out to get. The responses I got were intelligent, timely, and direct enough to leave no doubt.
