Saw this strange object floating erratically but not actually moving anywhere.
There were 3 others at a lot higher altitude in a triangle formation.
Anyone have any ideas what it could have been?

Saw this tonight when I was leaving a family members house. It was just floating erratically. I have a DJI drone myself and would be familiar with drones and I would be very confident this wasn’t a drone.
I actually have no idea, I don’t think it was a balloon either.
It was strange that this one was so low but the other 3 were at a very high altitude.
Is there any chance it could be one of those “donuts” of black smoke that come out of electrical transformers when they blow up?
