When I tell people I’m into UFO’s and I show them stuff like this, they laugh.
The only possible natural cause could be a smoke plum under calm winds and high atmospheric pressure….and a temperature inversion.
Fun fact, FL210 is 21,000 feet in aviation talk.. it is posted in the corner, so I guess that is something.
We need to find out the exact location, talk to the property owners and the pilot to determine whether this was something above the ground or two circular shapes on the ground that give the illusion of a floating disk. Its an interesting photo, but as we know from experience that things look different from certain angles.
